BSP is no longer BSP! We are not leaving the BSP, but the BSP is leaving us!
This is what Petko Tyufekchiev told BNR, who together with other members of three organizations of the Veliko Tarnovo organization of the BSP announced a decision to leave the party.
"The processes that started with the coup and the removal of Cornelia Ninova, everything that is happening in our party is just a struggle for power. "Ideas and values receded," he clarified, adding that they felt "disgusted and disgusted" by the local organization. and that's why they decided to leave the party together:
"The problem is the attitude towards party members".
The struggle at the moment is how many delegates there will be for which party leader candidate, Tyufekchiev emphasized and said:
"I have a feeling that the actions of the BSP interim leadership are aimed at alienating the members and closing the party.
According to Tyufekchiev, if Cornelia Ninova were now the chairman of the BSP, the chairman of the National Assembly would have been elected yesterday, Wednesday:
"Eight of the BSP MPs who in 2013 voted for the election of Delyan Peevski as the chairman of DANS, in the elections they were now leaders of BSP-United Left lists. And you think you won't again... Do you understand what this is all about?".
I don't want to work for Peevski and be lied to that this is the BSP, he said and pointed out that Kornelia Ninova had nothing to do with their decision to leave the party.
