On the night of December 31, two homeless men were arrested, convicted multiple times for various crimes.
The fire claimed the lives of four homeless people, and two others are housed in “Pirogov”. The main version of the investigation is that it was arson.
It is assumed that it occurred after a conflict between the nine people who were in the carriage to spend the night there.
The police said that before the fire, Gendarmerie teams had inspected the area, but did not notice anything suspicious.
