„Since the evening of March 13, in a series of conversations with current MPs and announced elected MPs, I have made more than the necessary efforts both to preserve one of the parliamentary groups and to form a new one. The topic was also discussed at two meetings of the Council of Speakers“, she emphasized.
„It is surprising to me that colleagues who claim to be lawyers do not know the Electoral Code and the Regulations on the Organization and Activities of the National Assembly in their statements. Our rules were supported by all parliamentary groups in December last year“, explained Kiselova.
According to her, the decision of the Constitutional Court of March 13 on the legality of the elections for members of parliament in the 51st parliament has opened up many legal and political issues.

The reason - the Speaker of the National Assembly Natalia Kiselova deleted the MECH parliamentary group due to an insufficient number of deputies. In response, the leader of the party Radostin Vassilev said that he would give Kiselova to a prosecutor, and his formation would not allow meetings to be held in the National Assembly.
