The MP from “We continue the change - Democratic Bulgaria“ Yavor Bozhankov has submitted to the Parliament's registry draft decisions to lift the immunities of three MPs from “Vazrazhdane“.
This is happening after the request of the Prosecutor General to lift the protection of Ivaylo Chorbov, Yordan Todorov, Nikola Dimitrov and Slavcho Krumov.
The reason for requesting their immunities is the vandalism and the attack on the European Commission building on February 22.
“Vazrazhdane“ announced that their deputies would waive their immunities, but they have not yet done so.
A decision is also expected regarding the Prosecutor General's request to lift the immunities of Jeyhan Ibryamov and Mario Rangelov from the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms.
