Employees of the Anti-Corruption Commission entered the office of the Deputy Mayor of Sofia Nikola Barbutov, who is responsible for "European Policies, International Activities and Tourism" this morning, the Bulgarian National Radio reports.
The Sofia City Prosecutor's Office has been notified of the case, "Horizont" has learned by the state prosecution.
There is still no official information regarding what procedural and investigative actions were taken during the search, as well as whether they have anything to do with the actions yesterday of two district mayors and two municipal councilors from "Continue the Change", who announced that they were leaving the party due to "pressure exerted on them regarding certain public procurement".
