After a few days ago, the residents of a complex in “Sunny Beach” experienced a real nightmare when an intentional fire woke them up in the early hours of the day and miraculously there were no victims. The perpetrator was detained. However, hours later he was released. According to the people living in the complex, the harassment and threats continue, and no solution has been found. The owners of the complex live in constant fear and concern that something worse will happen.

According to a person from the complex, the man who intentionally caused the arson kept shouting from his terrace “I will kill you. Nobody can do anything to me!”. “He threatens everyone with the words “I will kill you, I will shake you”. He knows that the doctors will keep him for only another hour and then release him”, explained Vasko.
People of several nationalities live in the complex - Bulgarians, Russians, Ukrainians and Poles. Owners have started selling their homes, seeing what is happening. We insist that the institutions take measures. Let them put him where they need to be - there are bodies and institutions”, urged another victim.
The victims told about the arson, the man was detained, but was released. The police explained that the 68-year-old suspect was detained, but before a longer arrest, every arrested person must undergo a medical examination to determine that there is no danger to his health.
It turns out that there is a danger to the health of the man in question. That is why he was not detained by the police. By decision of the prosecutor's office, he was committed for compulsory treatment to the Mental Health Center, but was released. He also has a conviction for hooliganism, but the punishment there was an administrative fine of 500 leva.
