Fire truck kills 61-year-old Bulgarian woman in Greece

A 61-year-old woman from Bulgaria lost her life in a traffic accident involving a fire truck that occurred at noon in the Keratea region, writes Iefimerida, quoted by FOCUS.

According to the Greek police, shortly before 3:00 p.m. on the Keratea-Anavissos provincial road, a fire truck collided with the car driven by the 61-year-old woman, as a result of which she suffered serious injuries.

Traffic accident in Keratea: Two firefighters slightly injured

The 61-year-old woman was transported by EKAB ambulance to "KAT" hospital, where she died a short time later. Two firefighters were also slightly injured in the collision and were transported to the 251st Military Hospital.

As reported by the police, the driver of the fire truck was arrested and later released on the order of a prosecutor.
