In one of the latest cases of aggression, he pulls out a knife against a young man who tries to talk to him about the problems he is causing. People have filed numerous reports with the police, but so far without result, bTV reports.
For almost a year, an aggressive man has been harassing people in the capital's neighborhood. The latest case is of a mother and son who, simply passing by the entrance, ask their neighbor what problem he has with them.
“I just decided to ask him what the problem is with my mother, because she is always worried and constantly calls me. I wanted to be calm for her and just talk to the neighbor she is complaining about. He attacked me with the words “I'll put you in jail“ and pulled out a knife“, the young man says.
His mother Desislava Petrova explained that before that he had constantly left her threatening notes with insults and threats.
“We filed reports, he leaves me notes like “You'll find a master“. I find them on my door every day. He is aggressive not only towards me, but also towards other older people. There are also small children in the entrance. We are worried“, the woman explained.
Another victim of the aggression is an elderly woman, who made a remark to him about loud music. According to her, he jumped up and started pushing her. Neighbors called the police and things were resolved peacefully.
However, the prosecutor's office did not take any more serious action.
„They told us that this was a neighborly scandal that such institutions do not deal with. But we really have a problem, especially since he almost killed my child. I don't think it's harmless“, Desislava also said.
The police explained that this year one report was filed against the aggressive man, and last year five were filed by him against his neighbors.
