Resident of the Russian city of Kazan Jesus Christ received a two-year suspended sentence for fictitious registration of migrants in his apartment, the Novo-Savinovsky District Court told RIA Novosti.
“Christ received a suspended sentence of two years in prison with a probationary period of two and a half years“, the agency's source said.
The case was initially considered by the Moscow District Court, then transferred to the Novo-Savinovsky Court. Forty-five-year-old Jesus Petrovich Christ (the name is indicated in his passport), a second-degree disabled person, is accused of organizing the fictitious registration of 45 foreigners in an apartment with an area of 31.9 square meters.
Christ fully admitted his guilt and expressed remorse. In May and August, the Moscow District Court fined the man 60,000 and 13,000 rubles, respectively.
