A man was arrested in Thailand because he paid underage girls to have sex with him, writes Thaiger.
50-year-old businessman Sakorn from Utai Thani province was detained on June 4 in a special police operation. He was charged with attempted abduction of persons under 15 and under 18 for profit or sexual exploitation. According to investigators, in December 2023 Sakorn contacted young girls aged 14 and 17 on the social network and arranged to meet them at a hotel to have sex with them.
The man admitted that he actually rented a hotel room and met the girls there, but only “talked to them for 20 minutes”, after which they allegedly left because something urgent came up. However, he later transferred several thousand baht to each girl. At the same time, the Thai man announced that he was impotent and could not have sex with minors, even if he wanted to. In support of his words, he presented a medical report confirming his illness.
Sacorn now claims he just wanted to talk to the girls and like them. Investigators are convinced that the man paid for sex with them. In addition, law enforcement officers believe that this is not the first time Sakorn has organized such meetings, and the list of victims of his actions may grow during the investigation.
