A 25-year-old woman admitted she can't have sex because of stiffness in her whole body, writes The Sun.

The girl explained that when it came to intimacy, she felt so numb that penetrative sex became impossible. She adds that she went to a clinic for sexual diseases, where she was diagnosed with vaginismus.

"I haven't been in a relationship for two years. Past relationships failed because I couldn't have sex normally. Now it seems history is repeating itself. I don't understand what happened. My boyfriend turns me on, we do a lot of foreplay, kissing and hugging, but sex is physically impossible. What should I do?", asks the girl.

In response to her letter, an expert noted that vaginismus develops for a variety of reasons, including fear of sex or past trauma, and can also be due to multiple infections or childbirth.

"However, there are several ways to get rid of vaginismus,", assures the specialist.

„Take time to explore your body without a partner. Use lube to learn to relax and understand what works well for you, and then you can guide your boyfriend's hands when you're intimate, the sex expert advises.
