Mikhail Ivanov, deputy from the Bryansk regional Duma and leader of the "Orthodox Russia" movement, has proposed turning off the Internet for young families without children at night.
According to Ivanov, the Internet has become a new form of addiction that "corrodes" the foundations of the family.
He expressed the opinion that Internet addiction is a threat to the country's demographic security and proposed in this regard that restrictions be imposed on the use of the Internet for young couples at night, for example from 11:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
