The villa of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Italian Tuscany is no longer for sale, an employee of an Italian real estate agency reported.
According to her, no one currently lives in the politician's mansion located in the town of Forte dei Marmi.
“The house is not for sale. It stands. It was put up for sale a long time ago, but it is not now“, she said, declining to specify when exactly the villa was taken off the market.
The mansion was put up for sale in 2021 for 4.5 million euros. Zelensky and his wife Elena reportedly purchased the house in August 2015. The purchase cost them almost 3.2 million euros.
In February 2025, it became known that the villa had not found a buyer, so the owners had to reduce the price to 2.5 million euros.
