Al Nasser's team is second in the provisional standings with 17 points, four behind leaders Al Hilal.
Aymeric Laporte gave the visitors the lead in the 69th minute, and in the 90th minute Al Shabab equalized after an own goal by Ali Al-Hassan.
Al Nasser ended the match with 10 players after the second yellow card and red card respectively for French defender Mohamed Simakan in the 12th minute of stoppage time.
A minute later, Abderazaq Hamed Allah missed a penalty for Al Shabab and failed to equalize for his team.
