Bulgarian midfielder Yanis Karabelov will sign a contract with Serbian giants Partizan on Monday, writes Serbian newspaper "Telegraf", quoted by BTA.
The Slavia youngster, who played last season for Botev (Plovdiv), will undergo medical examinations with the "black and white" on Monday and if everything goes well, he should sign a contract with the club from the Serbian capital for 4 years. Karabelov is moving to Partizan as a free agent after his contract with Botev expires.
Yanis Karabelov has experience abroad, having worn the jersey of Hungarian Kisvarda. The midfielder has 13 matches for the Bulgarian national team. Last season, he played 40 games for Botev in all competitions, scoring 2 goals.
Karabjelov will become Partizan's fifth signing of the summer, following the arrivals of Marko Milosevic from Radnicki, Matej Milovanovic from Heerenveen, Stefan Milic from Chernomorets and Dembu Seka from Torino. Yanis Kararabjelov will be the fifth Bulgarian to wear the Partizan jersey, after midfielder Assen Nikolov, defenders Ivan Ivanov and Ivan Bandalovski and striker Valeri Bozhinov.
