At the Eurobike 2025 exhibition, Kamingo was presented - a miniature electric motor that allows you to quickly transform a regular bike into an electric one. The system is installed in just a few minutes, and after fixing the fasteners, the motor can be easily removed and put back even while riding.
Compact design and powerful features
Kamingo weighs only 2.27 kg and consists of three main components: motor, battery and controller. The device is equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor that provides 750 W peak power and 40 Nm torque.
The battery, with a capacity of 266 Wh, is designed to look like a water bottle and provides a range of up to 90 km on a single charge. Kamingo supports several operating modes:
Standby: Motor off.
Assist: Pedaling assistance.
Cruise: Fully electric mode.
The system uses Pressure-Adaptive technology, which automatically adjusts the pressure of the motor on the tire, optimizing efficiency and traction.
Additional features and availability
Kamingo also has smart features such as fall sensors, anti-skid locking, and regenerative braking, which allows the battery to be recharged while riding.
The electric motor will be available for pre-order at a price of $349, with first deliveries scheduled for December 2025. This innovative solution offers an affordable and flexible way to upgrade any bike.
