The incidents of Russia violating the borders of the European Union are a provocation, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaia Kalas said on her social media page.
“It is impossible for Russia to accidentally violate European airspace three times in two weeks“, she wrote.
According to her, Russia is testing European borders and the EU's resolve. The diplomat warned that Moscow will continue its provocations as long as Brussels allows it.
Earlier, Kallas said that Russia was testing the patience of the West over reports of Russian fighter jets violating Estonian airspace.
