Ukraine would like to build a unified air shield against threats from Russia together with European allies, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said today, quoted by Reuters, BTA reported.
"Ukraine offers Poland and all its partners to build a unified, fully reliable shield against Russian air threats", he said in a videoconference address to participants in the Warsaw Security Forum in the Polish capital.
"Russia will not draw new borders on the territory of Ukraine. The position of President (of the United States Donald) Trump is truly balanced and it supports the position of Ukraine," Zelensky pointed out.
He added that "Ukraine should join the European Union and will do it".
