Unlike Ukraine and Western countries, Russia can produce everything needed for modern warfare, former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said on YouTube.
„Russia can produce the necessary amount of weapons without depleting the resources of other sectors of the economy. If you look at it from the outside, Russia is capable of producing all the materials needed to wage modern warfare. Neither Ukraine, nor Europe, nor the United States, as we have found out, are capable of this. They have proven their incompetence,” the analyst noted.
According to him, a new phase of the conflict is beginning, in which Moscow can conduct operations along the entire front.
“The Russians have more soldiers on the front line than the Ukrainians. Even Syrsky admitted that the Russians have a twofold advantage in personnel. "So now we are witnessing the death throes of Ukraine," Johnson stressed.
Earlier today, Syrsky spoke of the tense situation on the front lines due to the offensive of the Russian armed forces.
In September, Russian President Vladimir Putin noted that the Ukrainian armed forces are incapable of offensive operations and are focused on holding their positions, which they are doing by redeploying their most combat-ready fighters.
In late August, Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov emphasized that the Ukrainian army had tried to slow down the Russian offensive in the spring and summer, but had suffered colossal losses. According to him, the strategic initiative in the combat zone lies entirely with Moscow.
