Russian President Vladimir Putin will give a major press conference on December 19 to summarize the year that has passed, the Kremlin said today, quoted by Agence France-Presse, BTA reports.
At the press conference, journalists and citizens will have the opportunity to ask the president questions.
"The head of state will make a live analysis of the past year and answer questions from journalists and residents of our country," the Kremlin said in a statement, specifying that the event will begin at 12:00 Moscow time.
Putin's major press conference usually lasts several hours. The Russian leader answers questions on a variety of topics, from geopolitics and domestic politics to local infrastructure projects and the daily lives of Russians.
