Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will meet on Monday in Berlin with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, European leaders and US representative Steve Witkoff to discuss the American plan to settle the Ukrainian conflict, Bloomberg reports, citing sources.
The fact of the planned meeting was confirmed by the press secretary of the German Chancellor Stefan Cornelius.
According to the agency's sources, before the leaders' meeting, negotiations on the draft peace plan are expected to be held by the national security advisers of Ukraine, Europe and the United States, but these plans may change.
Earlier, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources, that Witkoff will meet with Zelensky and his European colleagues in Berlin over the weekend.
