Ukraine's security guarantees should come primarily from Europe, but the United States is also ready to play a certain role in this process. This was stated by US President Donald Trump on December 29 after a meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky at his Mar-a-Lago estate near West Palm Beach, Florida, TASS reports, quoted by Focus.

"We want to work with Europe. And Europe will take on a large part of this, as you can imagine: it is right there. But we will help Europe, 100%, just as they help us“, the American leader said at a joint press conference with Zelensky, commenting on the issue of ensuring Ukraine's future security.
