Russia is preparing a spring offensive operation in two directions in Ukraine, Welt reports.
The publication refers to a French OSINT analyst nicknamed Clement Molin, who filmed the latest activity of Russian artillery strikes from the banks of the Dnieper to Konstantinovka. It turned out that the largest number of strikes were concentrated in three points: Pokrovsk-Dobropil, Gulyaypole-Ternuvate and Stepnogorsk. According to Clement Molin, recent strikes prove that in the first half of 2026, the Russian Federation plans to capture two key cities - Orekhov and Dobropole.
In particular, he notes Komyshuvakha, where the largest number of artillery strikes by the Russian armed forces were delivered. In the Donetsk region, he identifies the area west of Pokrovsk and west of Konstantinovka as vital for the Kremlin. As the OSINT analyst noted, the area between these two points is “the next Russian target“.
The situation on the front
Earlier, DeepState analysts reported that the situation for Ukrainian soldiers in the Pokrovsk and Mirnograd area is deteriorating. According to their data, the Russian Federation is increasing pressure on the nearest settlements. Against this background, experts note that “the final battles for Pokrovsk and Mirnograd“ are continuing.
