Construction of additional elements of the deeply camouflaged and heavily fortified defense system continues in Ukraine's Zhytomyr region, which is located on the border with Belarus, with builders continuing to dig trenches and communication passages and install concrete structures, the head of the local military administration said. Large-scale engineering work continues around the clock without a day off despite variable weather conditions. The common border between the Zhytomyr region and the Republic of Belarus is 251 kilometers long.
