The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had successfully test-fired an intercontinental ballistic missile, Russian media reported.< /p>
The missile was launched from the test site in Kapustin Yar in Astrakhan Oblast (Southwestern Russia). Moscow announced that the test confirmed the “high reliability of Russian missiles”.
The missile was launched from a ground mobile complex. “The obtained results confirm the high reliability of Russian missiles for ensuring the strategic security of the Russian Federation. The launch tasks were completed in full”, announced the Russian military department.
