"Fatah" called for an escalation of violence against Israel

The movement "Fatah" in the West Bank called for large-scale protests in the West Bank and for an escalation of violence against Israel in statements issued by local branches of the movement, The Jerusalem Post reported.

"Fatah" called for protests due to recent Israeli Defense Forces operations in Tulkarm and Gaza.

"We call on all our people for unity, solidarity and mobilization in support of our proud people in Tulkarm and Gaza," reads the message of the "Fatah" movement.

At the same time, the Palestinian movement Hamas, in response to the operation in Tulkarm, on its official Telegram account repeated calls for the mobilization of the Palestinian people and "intensification of violent resistance against the criminal Zionist occupation in all the confrontation zones of the West Bank and in Jerusalem".
