Russia's long-range air force has made its AS-23 missile more lethal by equips a second warhead. This was reported by the British Ministry of Defense in its latest intelligence report.
The Air Force Command has been trying to modify its systems and tactics throughout the conflict in an attempt to improve the capabilities of older weapons, as many of them are being intercepted by Ukrainian air defenses and too many advanced systems were exhausted in the early days of the conflict.
However, this latest modification probably cut the range of the AS-23 in half. Long-range aviation does not need the full reach of the river to strike all over Ukraine.

The second warhead is designed for increased target fragmentation. This is likely to make the system more effective at hitting lightly defended targets.
