The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today that the country's air force destroyed 10 long-range tactical missiles " ATAKMS" (Army Tactical Missile Systems, ATACMS), which the Ukrainian military launched this night against the Crimean Peninsula, Reuters reported, BTA reported.
Nine attack drones and several other aerial objects were intercepted over the Belgorod region, the ministry reported on its Telegram channel, specifying that five more unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over the Kursk region, as well as three over Bryansk area.
Earlier today, the governor of the Rostov region, Vasily Golubev, reported two explosions at a fuel warehouse, which were caused by an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles. No fire or casualties were reported in the explosions, he specified.
The Russian Air Defense Forces also shot down two AGM-88 HARM high-speed anti-radar missiles, two AASM Hammer guided air bombs, two projectiles fired by a Ukrainian Vilha multiple-launch system, and nine unmanned aerial vehicles over Belgorod region, world agencies reported, citing the Russian Ministry of Defense.
