The USA is behind blowing up the gas pipelines "Nord Stream“ and "Nord Stream-2", American political scientist and economist Professor Jeffrey Sachs said in an interview with journalist Tucker Carlson, TASS reported, quoted by BTA.
"So the US blew up the "Nord Stream" as promised, probably dozens of times. But the most recent of those cases was [US President Joe] Biden's statement that he made, I think, on February 7, 2022. I might be messing with the data a little bit, but in a press statement he said that if the Russians invaded in Ukraine, with "North Stream“ it will be done. And the reporter who asked him that question, I think from Germany, said: “Mr. President, how can you say that? How can you do it?“. And he looked at him and said very seriously, "Trust me, we have our methods,” said Sachs.
On September 27, 2022, Nord Stream AG reported "unprecedented destruction” that had occurred the previous day, "on three strands of the offshore gas pipelines “Nord Stream” and “North Stream 2”, TASS recalls.
