We are ready for a broad international discussion of these key, vital issues, both with our colleagues in Shanghai, the Cooperation Organization, the CIS, EurAsIO, BRICS and with other international associations, including European countries and NATO countries," Putin said.

He spoke about the need to create a new security system in Eurasia at a meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 14. "In the future, it is necessary to gradually reduce the military presence of foreign forces in the region," he added.
