Analysts on Russian TV hotly comment on the US presidential campaign and how it will affect Russia and Europe.
Recently, in his op-ed, former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated that if Donald Trump wins the election, he should fund Ukraine with $500 billion, revive NATO with a demand to raise spending to 3 percent of GDP, and eliminate all restrictions on strikes on Russian territory.
On “Russia 1“ said that the aim of the Western countries was to “destroy“ Russia as a strategic rival, because of which Europe is getting closer to a “big war”.
Such threats are a daily occurrence from Russian propagandists, because the biggest fear of Vladimir Putin's regime is that Western countries will continue to support the attacked Ukraine with weapons and financial support. Breaking up Western unity is the Kremlin's number one goal.
Russian propagandists are not happy with the "Trump Peace Plan" at all. Then, they come to the conclusion that no result of the US presidential elections will be good for Russia.
