Volodymyr Zelensky: Russians like to interfere in the affairs of foreign countries, see "Wagner" in Venezuela - 1

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky expressed concern about reports of the presence of "Wagner" fighters. in Venezuela along with government troops and called it "an example of Russian interference in the affairs of other countries". Zelensky commented on the messages on the social network X.

"The messages about the presence of Russian mercenaries "Wagner" in Venezuela along with government forces are troubling. Wherever these thugs go, they bring death and destabilization," Zelensky wrote.

"This is a vivid example of Russia's shameless interference in the affairs of other countries, as well as its usual strategy of wreaking havoc around the world," the Ukrainian president emphasizes.

"We see that the people of Venezuela are going through very difficult times. And the only way out is through peaceful and democratic procedures, not by sending assassins to further worsen the situation. We condemn the use of force against peaceful protesters and call on all to respect the people's choice. True leaders do not hide from their people behind mercenaries," Zelensky also wrote.
