Soldiers from the 80th Separate Assault Brigade "Galicia" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine touched the latest Russian tank T-90M "Breakthrough", reports UNIAN.
According to the press service of the brigade, this happened during the battles in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
"Incomparably inefficient, both in offense and defense. The latest Russian tank T-90M "Breakthrough", without having time to fight, became a trophy for the Galician paratroopers during a raid in the Kursk region. The Russians left the war machine in a panic without fighting, having previously brought it to a technical malfunction," the paratroopers note.
The paratroopers quickly assessed and mastered the analog war machine, repaired it, powered it up and "now the war machine will destroy its creators by serving the side of Ukraine".
Earlier, the Financial Times wrote that almost two weeks have passed since the beginning of the Kursk operation of the Ukrainian Air Force, but the Russian troops have not yet managed to assemble the groupings necessary to repel the attack.
