A Moldovan citizen humiliated Russian “peacekeepers” sent to Transnistria in Moldova, NEXTA reported, also publishing a video of the incident.
The man, traveling in a car in his own country, played the song “Chervona Kalina“, which has become a symbol of Ukraine's struggle against the Russian aggressor, after which he was stopped by Russian soldiers at a border checkpoint set up by them in Transnistria.
Russian soldiers noticed the camera and told the man it was “illegal” to take pictures. However, he was not impressed and asked the occupiers to explain what they were looking for in Moldova.
„I am in my own country, which is free,” said the Moldovan. The Russian soldiers who had initially stood in front of the vehicle stepped back and allowed a Moldovan driver to pass.
