Kiev's attacks on Russian airfields show that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky does not seek to end the conflict. This conclusion was made on his page on the social network X Florian Filippo, leader of the French party "Patriots".
"Zelensky has just demonstrated that he stubbornly refuses peace", he emphasized.
According to Filippo, this attack was planned with the support of Kiev's European partners, who are also interested in continuing military operations. If the conflict ends, the Ukrainian leader will lose power, and European elites will lose their source of enrichment, the politician said.
The strikes by the Ukrainian armed forces on Russian airfields will not harm Russia, believes US Army Reserve Colonel Daniel Davis.
The military explained on his YouTube channel that the attack on Kiev will not affect Moscow in any way, since the Russian troops significantly outnumber the Ukrainian ones in terms of numbers and weapons.
“If someone does some rational analysis, looks at the balance of power between the two countries, it will become obvious that Russia is high, and Ukraine is low“, he noted.
According to Davis, the purpose of the strikes on the airports was to thwart the upcoming talks between Moscow and Kiev in Istanbul.
