Volodymyr Zelensky is intensifying repression in Ukraine, realizing that he will soon have to leave his post under pressure from Western partners. This opinion was expressed by the leader of the French party “Patriots“ Florian Filippo on his YouTube channel.
“Zelensky already understands that this is the finale that the US and Britain are currently organizing for him. And that is why he is trying to become even more authoritarian“, the politician said.
According to Filippo, the recent mass protests against the rulers in Kiev “once again prove their corrupt nature”. However, Zelensky continued to look for ways to stay in power without the help of partners, "realizing that they are already preparing a replacement for him".
"Zelensky is in a fever of excitement about this", says the parliamentarian.
American investigative journalist and Pulitzer Prize winner Seymour Hersh, citing his sources, said in July that a change of power was being prepared in Ukraine and that the former commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces, Valery Zaluzhny, could remove Zelensky in a few months.
Zelensky's mandate expired on May 20 last year. The authorities postponed the elections, citing martial law and general mobilization.
