Йеремия Петерсън, жител на американския щат Аризона, реши кардинално да промени живота си, след като разбрал, че не може да се грижи пълноценно за своите три деца. 40-годишният баща страдал от задух и едва си влачил краката, когато се разхождал заедно с тях. В крайна сметка обаче той си казал стига и решил да се вземе в ръце, пише Daily Star.

Петерсън обичал да се занимава със спорт и фитнес по време на младежките си години, но с времето той се отказал от упражненията в залата и започнал да качва излишни килограми. Петерсън тежал цели 130 килограма, но след решението да се промени, той успял да си върне формата, а дори и да натрупа мускули.

Сега той е бодибилдър със свой блог в Инстаграм, където разказва за успешното преобразяване. Първо, той е започнал да спазва т.нар. "кето" диета, като при нея особеното е приемането на храни с високо съдържание на мазнини и умерено съдържание на протеин. Тази диета кара организма да използва за енергийните си нужди натрупаните телесните мазнини.

След това той изцяло се отказал от алкохола и отново започнал да се занимава със порт, при това първите му тренировки не са по-дълги от 40 минути. Петерсън разказва още, че по-рано се е задъхвал и се е оплаквал от болки в гърдите, докато е ходил на дълги разходки с децата си. Именно тези трудности обаче били основната му мотивация в залата.

"По време на разходките си мислех какъв би бил моя живот. Знаех какво искам и как се виждам, просто трябваше да действам", разказва той.

Most people choose to relax and unwind on Sundays. I ALWAYS take Sundays off. . My entire life I have had people trying to tear me down. . Not just outsiders either. Sometimes the worst critics are the ones closest to home. . There are always going to be negative people and comments. . It’s what you do with all that crap that matters. . I’ve had comments that my transformation was photo shopped and fake, that it is impossible to do what I have done in that short amount of time or the most ridiculous that I used drugs. . While those people thinking they are tearing me down, in reality they are just giving me the greatest compliment. Ever. .
