Сега той е бодибилдър със свой блог в Инстаграм, където разказва за успешното преобразяване. Първо, той е започнал да спазва т.нар. "кето" диета, като при нея особеното е приемането на храни с високо съдържание на мазнини и умерено съдържание на протеин. Тази диета кара организма да използва за енергийните си нужди натрупаните телесните мазнини.
След това той изцяло се отказал от алкохола и отново започнал да се занимава със порт, при това първите му тренировки не са по-дълги от 40 минути. Петерсън разказва още, че по-рано се е задъхвал и се е оплаквал от болки в гърдите, докато е ходил на дълги разходки с децата си. Именно тези трудности обаче били основната му мотивация в залата.
"По време на разходките си мислех какъв би бил моя живот. Знаех какво искам и как се виждам, просто трябваше да действам", разказва той.

Sometimes the worst critics are the ones closest to home. . There are always going to be negative people and comments. . It’s what you do with all that crap that matters. .
